Project Administrator

Alesig is seeking a Project Administrator to contribute to the success of our newly awarded Information Technology Support Services contract for an on-site role at Fort McCoy, WI.

The Project Administrator will be primarily responsible for Project Administration tasks including Project and Data Management support, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra application development and administration, as well as Web-based application delivery and Government-approved system deployments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint environments and web-based applications.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra applications.
  • Write and analyze complex SQL queries and stored procedures is desired.
  • Design and deploy Government-approved system enhancements.
  • Support project management tracking and reporting per PMBOK standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and discrepancy reports to the COR.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in IT/software development with demonstrated proficiency in required technical skills.
  • Programming experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, SQL, REST API, PowerShell, CSS, and ASPX.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure/Entra application services (implementation, configuration, Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile Services)
  • Ability to analyze and document Stored Procedures and write complex SQL queries.
  • Working knowledge in analysis and design of out-of-the-box enhancements and deployments of Government-approved systems.
  • Experience delivering web-based applications.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a NACI (or higher) clearance which requires US Citizenship.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree requirement)

Certifications

  • DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)
  • AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
  • ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. They should be able to use their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, as well as reach with their hands and arms. The ability to talk, see, and hear is also required. Employees must be capable of working on a desktop or laptop computer for long durations. Occasionally, they may need to lift and move moderate amounts of weight, typically no more than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
