Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Administration Assistant with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating flooring projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth workflow between clients, suppliers, and site teams. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor flooring project activities from start to finish.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, layouts, and details.
  • Ensure project schedules, material orders, and site requirements are followed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and submittals.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and materials.
  • Support project manager in daily operations and project coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
