KRA – Purchase & Project Department
1. Procurement Planning
- Plan and execute procurement for new outlets and projects.
- Plan and execute procurement for existing outlets and projects requiring replacement of old equipment.
- Ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, and other assets.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure smooth execution of new outlet openings, existing outlet renovations, and other company projects.
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely completion.
3. Vendor Management & Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts for cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.
- Select and evaluate contractors for construction, interiors, and equipment.
- Monitor performance against deliverables, resolve disputes, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Cost Control & Budget Adherence
- Procure at competitive rates without compromising quality.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through bulk buying and alternate sourcing.
- Support Accounts team in budget monitoring and financial discipline.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure vendor payments and resource usage remain within approved budgets.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure equipment, materials, and construction meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, food safety norms, and company guidelines.
- Handle vendor complaints, returns, and replacements effectively.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Accounts, and Marketing for project readiness.
- Ensure smooth pre-opening readiness (recruitment, training, supply chain, branding).
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project drawings, layouts, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting records.
- Digitally update procurement and project data in ERP/HRMS systems.
- Share weekly/monthly project status reports with management.
- Visit trade shows for the latest industry knowledge, technology, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to approval hierarchies and company procurement policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
