Job Title: Project Architect – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Istanbul Airport

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Architect – Interior Fit-Out to join our team for projects at Istanbul Airport. The candidate will be responsible for leading design coordination, execution, and supervision of interior fit-out works, ensuring that all works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Architect for interior fit-out works at Istanbul Airport.
• Review, coordinate, and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Manage design development and ensure alignment with project requirements and client specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design and site-related issues.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and lead the architectural team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Architect in Istanbul Airport, or on projects in Turkey or Dubai.
• Strong portfolio in large-scale interior fit-out projects.
• Solid knowledge of international design standards, local regulations, and airport project requirements.
• Proven ability to manage design coordination and project execution independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Turkish will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
