Project Architect

We are seeking talented Architects with 3–7 years of professional experience to join our growing Architecture & Planning team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of contributing to all phases of architectural projects with strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the conceptual design, schematic design, and design development of architectural projects.
• Produce and review detailed construction drawings, models, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure cohesive and accurate project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and support construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, diagrams, and client-facing documents.
• Assist senior architects in project planning, code analysis, and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and firm standards.
• Participate actively in internal design critiques and contribute creative, technical, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 3–7 years of professional architectural experience in a design or architecture firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to produce accurate and coordinated drawings with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
