Project Architect – Residential & High-Rise Buildings Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to lead and coordinate the architectural design and execution of our residential and high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will oversee the project lifecycle from concept design through to construction documentation and site coordination, ensuring design integrity, code compliance, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in UAE, with a strong portfolio in residential and high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead a design team and collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional architectural license or working toward licensure.
• Experience in sustainable design, LEED or Estidama is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Knowledge of local authority approval processes in the UAE.
