SHIFT Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a project-based, full-time, in-office role.

This role is ideal for someone who can build and execute structured marketing plans , manage campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with creative teams to turn marketing strategies into powerful visuals and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand goals.
• Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Review and maintain content calendars, ensuring timeliness and consistency.
• Lead and guide designers and content creators in translating marketing briefs into visual materials.
• Ensure all marketing outputs meet brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Track campaign results and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing planning, campaign building, and content management .
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and creative execution.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide creative teams.
• Must be available to start immediately and work on-site full-time (project-based contract).
