Directly reporting to the Commodity Purchasing Unit Manager, your role encompasses managing procurement activities for project-based needs.

Your main missions

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Managing end-to-end procurement process for assigned projects,
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineering, and operations teams to understand project requirements,
• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms,
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal policies and project specifications,
• Identifying potential supply risks and developing contingency plans to minimize project impact,
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and reports,
• Supporting project budget control by monitoring purchase commitments and expenditures.

Your profile

BS degree or equivalent education from relevant departments of universities,

Has at least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry,

Is cost-conscious and has independent working methods,

Has high level of communication skills, flexibility, team spirit and assertiveness,

Has very good knowledge of spoken and written English,

Has very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM, PP, SD).

Has the ability to manage multiple procurement activities across different project stages simultaneously.
