Project & Client Success Manager (Upwork + AI Automation Projects)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project & Client Success Manager to manage client communication, meetings, and project execution. You’ll represent our company in client calls, understand project requirements, and coordinate with our technical team to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Upwork messages, proposals, and client communications
• Join client meetings, take notes, and ensure clear follow-ups
• Understand AI automation project scopes and explain them to the team
• Manage project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure client expectations are met
• Take ownership of assigned projects from start to completion

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Prior experience managing clients or projects (Upwork experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of AI automations, chatbots, and workflow tools (like n8n, Make.com, GHL, or Zapier)
• Organized, responsible, and proactive
• Confident in taking client meetings and explaining project updates

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, Vapi, Rettel or ChatGPT
• Understanding of automation workflows, AI chatbots, and integrations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
