Project /Constuction Manager (CETP Project)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee our ongoing Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) project in Surat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, including water supply, sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, and RCC-related works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the CETP site.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accurate execution.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources (manpower, materials, machinery).
• Ensure project progress within time, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Maintain site safety and environmental compliance at all times.
• Support commissioning, handover, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 7–8 years of proven experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong exposure to water supply, sewerage, STP, WTP, CETP, and RCC projects.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion.
• Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
