Project Control Division Manager

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

•12 years experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., project management, engineering, construction, procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of Project Management leadership in a Major Oil & Gas Project

Technical and Business Skills

•Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

•Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.

•Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.

•Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies. Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
