JASARA PMC is actively seeking a strategic and experienced Project Control Lead to oversee our project controls operations and drive the success of our major projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing project control standards and ensuring that all phases of project execution are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled. Your expertise will enable project teams to achieve their goals within the specified timeframes and budgets while adhering to the highest standards of quality.
Your role will involve managing a team of project control professionals, conducting detailed analysis and reporting on project performance, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to align project objectives with the overall strategic goals of JASARA PMC. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure developments and to support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans, including scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project controls specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Establish project baselines and maintain accurate updates on project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project controls activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project controls, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
