Position: Project Controls Manager
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech
Experience: 18 & more years’ experience in offshore oil and gas facilities projects experience of which 5 years minimum in positions involving project scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting.
Industry Specific Skills: Knowledge of process engineering, process and well head platforms, Safety studies, Pre-commissioning / Commissioning. Familiar with proposal engineering and project execution activities.
Prime Responsibilities

Prepare & manage integrated project Schedule

Reporting the Project Progress on weekly basis

Close monitoring and Controlling project schedule, liaising with internal stake holders to ensure progress as per schedule

Leading overall project team for progress measurement, especial focus on Critical Path & Milestone achievements

Monitoring and controlling project Cost drivers.

Bridge the gap between schedule control and cost escalation

Elaborate, update and revise project schedule in close co-operation with the project manager 8. To liaise with the all Lead Project Engineers and Engineers/Designers to compile & finalize job cards/work packages

Monitoring &allocation of right resources to stream line project delivery

Monitor actual man-hours consumed and costs versus authorized man-hours/cost, down time analysis report.

Thorough knowledge of the standard software program i.e. PRIMAVERA used in developing bar chart, CPM network, S-Curves, schedule, manpower histograms etc.

Elimination of inefficient resources, demonstrate improvement in resource utilization through effective monitoring of ‘asking rates’.

Interface management with internal stake holders of EPIC phases of project

Monitor changes and their impact on man-hours, costs and schedule, subsequently prepare complete documentation for Claims.

Work proactively to develop and manage strong relations with key stakeholders in Client organization to resolve Change / Claims Management

Wherever required conduct Client PMT reviews or audits and resolve any issues/changes identified, while controlling project schedule/cost.
