Responsibilities:


  1. Serves as the Primary point-of-contact for all scheduling matters.
  2. Complete development of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  3. Prepares project schedules (Primavera P6) for all design and construction efforts.
  4. Reviews and approves project schedules prepared and submitted by designers and contractors.
  5. Assists construction team in the resolution of scheduling issues that arise during construction.
  6. Provides advice, guidance and coordinates directly with the Project Manager to evaluate schedule changes.
  7. Attends meeting with consultancies, contractors, and others to assist in the resolution of issues and concerns related to schedule.
  8. Prepares written policy and procedure for all processes that relate to scheduling and construction information management. Flow charts, where appropriate, will be incorporated into the Policies and Procedures.
  9. Supports the Development Manager with scheduling input as required to ensure the proper sequencing of proposed work.
  10. Updates the master schedule on a monthly and weekly basis and provides it to the owner.
  11. Preparing monthly and weekly reports on cost/schedule status for the Client.
  12. Evaluates contractor preliminary schedules for reasonableness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Engineering is a must.
  • 15-20 years of experience.
  • Good English level.
