The job is to be based full-time in Riyadh, KSA.

(Must have experience working as a Project Control Manager or Lead for a wireless network, and must have advanced data analytics skills using Power BI) (Arabic Speakers will be ideal.)

Position Objectives:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, cost/budget, risk, and quality.
• The role is critical in ensuring that the project is delivered successfully, meeting stakeholder expectations and achieving the desired project outcomes. Candidate must have technical expertise in data analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to collect and analyse project data using advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Develop and present insightful reports on project performance, risks, and financials to support informed decision-making.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring clear communication, alignment on deliverables, and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate project schedules across site acquisition, design, permitting, and construction phases while monitoring milestones and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, change orders, and approvals, ensuring audit readiness.
• Provide regular status updates and ad-hoc analyses for management and stakeholders, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or business administration.
• 10+ years of total professional experience with a minimum 2-3 years in Telecom Wireless Network Rollout.
• At least 5 years in PMO/PCM Roles and hands on experience in preparing reports using Power BI.
• Must be a Native Arabic speaker as well.
• PMP or any equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency in project control methodologies, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
• Well versed in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), good knowledge of Project reporting tools (Power BI / Click Sense).
