PROJECT CONTROLS COORDINATOR II

Location – Duluth or Edina, MN

Pay: $40 - $42 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator II, to support Enbridge’s Engineering and Construction capital projects. The Project Controls Coordinator II (PCC II) supports Engineering and Construction capital projects by developing and implementing project controls plans, integrating cost and schedule functions, and ensuring quality and accuracy of project controls deliverables. The role supports projects valued at up to $25MM annually, typically with durations of one year or less and of routine to mid-level complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Integrate cost control and scheduling into a cohesive project controls approach
  • Prepare and maintain project controls deliverables, including:
    • Cost and cash flow reports and variance analysis
    • Schedule reports and variance analysis
    • Project Controls Plan and Change Management procedures
    • Monthly progress reports
  • Perform quality control reviews of project controls deliverables
  • Coordinate and collect materials for Phase Gate Reviews under the 6-Phase Project Lifecycle
  • Define project controls resource requirements
  • Provide feedback on tools, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 7–10 years of project controls or PCC-related experience
  • Experience with cost and scheduling processes for pipeline or plant facility projects
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Server
