Job Summary (Civil / Architectural Engineering Background)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordination Manager to support the Operations Manager in handling and coordinating multiple medium-scale projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage client interactions and project communications efficiently.
This role is focused on project coordination, planning, reporting, and operational support rather than direct site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Work closely with the Operations Manager for overall project planning and execution support.
Coordinate between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are progressing according to approved timelines and client expectations.
Attend client meetings and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Prepare project schedules, coordination reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Track project milestones and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.
Assist in procurement coordination and material planning activities.
Identify project issues, delays, and coordination gaps and support in resolving them.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems for all projects.
Support operational improvements and ensure smooth workflow among departments.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for execution updates and reporting.
Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed throughout project coordination activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination.
Experience in handling multiple medium-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, project scheduling, and coordination processes.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Good knowledge of MS Office, project reporting, and documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude with leadership and coordination capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in interior fit-out / construction / architectural projects preferred.
Knowledge of project planning tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage cross-functional coordination efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
