Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating project schedules, materials, documentation, and cross-functional activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role supports project execution from sales handover through delivery, with a strong focus on scheduling, inventory coordination, documentation control, and customer interaction—particularly for key and time-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project production scheduling and shipment arrangements, including project suspension, restart, acceleration, and delay.

Develop detailed project plans and ensure ongoing maintenance of all project-related documentation.

Organize and facilitate project kick-off meetings for key projects.

Confirm and track long lead-time material reservations, and participate in inventory planning and control.

Arrange trial assembly activities and coordinate the resolution of issues identified during trial builds.

Participate in inventory control initiatives and continuous project improvement activities.

Coordinate and manage requests for shortened project delivery lead times.

Organize, manage, and coordinate project documents and certificates; provide required documentation for imported components.

Provide delivery schedule and lead-time support during the sales phase for key projects.

Coordinate customer inspections, factory acceptance tests, or site visits.
