Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations across commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from mobilization to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support the project team with documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
