Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of flooring installations at various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of flooring projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Prepare reports on project progress, identifying any potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site and in good condition before work begins.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on all installation projects.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, providing quick and effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as project coordinator, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Project Management: 4 years (Required)
• Flooring Knowledge: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver License (Required)
