Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator at Metavystic, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Exceptional writing and communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating with stakeholders and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple Development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Must).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Good Knowledge of GIS and GIS related Projects is a plus.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
