Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track deliverables, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Support in procurement coordination, vendor management, and material approvals.
- Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
