Project Coordinator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track deliverables, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
  • Support in procurement coordination, vendor management, and material approvals.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
