Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project teams in planning, organizing, and completing projects on time. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while coordinating between departments, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

· Track project progress and update management on timelines and deliverables.

· Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting notes.

· Monitor resource allocation and project budgets.

· Help in managing risks, issues, and changes during the project.

· Maintain organized project files and records.

· Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is a plus.

· Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile or Waterfall).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
