Job Title: Project Coordinator

About Us:
We manufacture and install joinery and kids’ play equipment for schools, nurseries, and public spaces across the UAE. Our company is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our operations team.

Job Description:
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and operations team in coordinating all project-related activities, ensuring smooth communication between departments and timely execution of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling projects
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and update project progress reports and documentation
  • Follow up with suppliers and internal teams for materials and approvals
  • Help organize and monitor site installations and daily reports
  • Communicate with clients and site teams regarding project status and requirements
  • Support in preparing project handover and snag reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role (joinery or fit-out experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and follow-up abilities
  • Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • UAE driving license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
