Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to track deliverables.
  • Support in managing project documentation such as RFPs, contracts, drawings, and approvals.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or risks to the PMO.
  • Implement and maintain PMO standards, tools, and templates.
  • Maintain project dashboards and progress trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks.
  • Prepare project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including minutes and action tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintain resource allocation sheets and coordinate logistics with HR or procurement teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO certifications are an advantage.
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Prior experience supporting a PMO function.
  • UAE/Gulf region experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and other PM tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and permitting processes.
