Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional communication.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, review, and organize project documents, reports, and correspondences.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and required documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Schedule site inspections and support field team requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for each project.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes when required.
  • Support management with project reporting and administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
