Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator OR Project Delivery Associate to support our Project Delivery Manager in the successful execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop project management skills in the fast-paced IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Delivery Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information, ensuring that client requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and other project team members.
• Manage and resolve project-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure project success.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and appropriately filed.
• Support in risk assessment and mitigation strategies during project lifecycle.
• Assist in managing project deliverables and ensure they align with the project scope and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the IT industry.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
