Project Coordinator

We are pioneers in the design and manufacturing of Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints, Building Seismic Joints, and other heavy steel structures, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and direct construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Review and monitor project progress in-depth to ensure timely delivery of all milestones.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Track and manage inventory, materials, and equipment on a regular basis.
• Prepare and present internal and external progress reports.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively resolve emerging issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all project activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates must have prior experience in bridge and building joints execution (bridge bearings, expansion joints, seismic joints, or related infrastructure projects).
