Job Purpose:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project activities as back office support and on site for following up
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Update the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Update and track the budget
- Open projects on the oracle systems with all relevant documentations
- Initiate and validate project life cycle process
- Follow up in approval cycle for each project to ensure supplier PO request
- Follow with the procurement team the proper PO issued to supplier per project
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and external ones for the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Validate and abide the audit criteria on the project electronic library and shared folders
- Coordinate team meetings and regular project progress on timely manner
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Update the diagrams and process maps to document when needed
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent English
- Experience in project management software tools
- Writing skills in Arabic & English (concept notes, proposals, and project documents)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attentive to details and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's
Degree in Communication or computer engineering
2 - 4 years of experience in Project Management
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Engineering background in smart solutions and ICT projects
