Position: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project management team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining smooth workflows. In this role, you will support active projects, manage coordination tasks, maintain documentation, and help ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Support project managers with scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Assist in preparing project timelines, scope documents, and resource plans.
  • Monitor ongoing project activities, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized project documentation.
  • Contribute to workflow enhancements and support the timely completion of project milestones.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for requirements gathering and clarifications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within an IT/software environment.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with web and mobile projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and confidence in solving problems independently.
