Office Automation Services is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring smooth project execution and seamless communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the helpdesk/ticketing system to ensure support requests are properly assigned, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Analyze ticket trends, response times, and resolution quality to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and follow up on escalated issues, ensuring high-priority tickets are routed correctly and addressed promptly.
  • Review client WhatsApp communication channels and report any issues or updates shared by clients.
  • Collaborate with the support team to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure all operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals are fully documented, updated, and accessible.
  • Check daily work logs and attendance of support staff, and communicate any discrepancies via email and the official company WhatsApp group.
  • Facilitate communication between support teams, developers, and product managers to resolve technical issues and enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports covering ticket resolution times, customer satisfaction, and other key support metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with SLAs and support commitments.
  • Assign and monitor resources to maximize project efficiency and optimize deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a software house
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Shift Timings

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
