Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project-related files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Facilitate communication between all parties involved to ensure clear expectations and smooth workflow.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as necessary. Proactively seek solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring expenses are within the approved limits, and assisting with purchase orders or invoices.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule, organize, and attend project meetings. Take detailed minutes and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the project adheres to quality standards, and monitor progress to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare regular project updates for management, summarizing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Project Closure: Assist in closing out projects, including final documentation, resource reallocation, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role. Prior experience in project management is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
