Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations, with a strong focus on communication, status tracking, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with basic industry exposure who can confidently handle coordination, follow-ups, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

● Track project statuses, timelines, and action items.

● Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports.

● Assist project managers in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.

● Support meeting coordination, notes, and task assignments.

● Ensure visibility of deliverables, risks, and dependencies.



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong reporting and documentation skills (must-have)

● Basic understanding of project workflows and lifecycles (must-have)

● Clear written and verbal communication

● Strong organizational and follow-up skills

● Comfort working with project tracking and collaboration tools

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


Nice to Have:

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum or structured project environments

● Experience working with cross-functional teams
