Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Project Coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and Manage Project(s), assigned by the Project Manager, in line with the approved Project Management methodology.
  • The role is challenging and rewarding at the same time as the candidate will get an opportunity to work with the world’s leading giant in the IT industry
  • Accountable for all phases (Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Control, and Closing) of Project Management for the assigned Project(s).
  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, recurring status meetings, reviews, retrospectives and release planning, demos, and other project-related meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Create and execute project work plans and timelines and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Track project milestones and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met and provide status reports to all stakeholders regularly.
  • Prepare detailed weekly progress reports of assigned project(s) and present them to the Project Manager periodically.
  • Taking guidance from the Project Manager for managing project(s).
  • Develop and deliver a progress report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
