Position Summary:

Job Overview:

A Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for leading projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements definition through testing and delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and the SDLC. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into clear specifications, supported by comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, project charters, and roadmaps. The specialist performs detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights, manages timelines and deliverables using project management tools, and validates outcomes against defined requirements. By combining strong analytical, communication, and design skills including the use of wireframes and prototypes, the Business Analyst Specialist ensures effective stakeholder alignment, high-quality deliverables, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from specification development to testing and releasing deliverables, ensuring successful execution
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable specifications, aligning with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Project Charters, and Roadmaps, to support structured planning and execution
• Perform in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions and help achieve project goals
• Manage and align project timelines, deliverables, maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Assess and validate project outcomes to ensure they meet specified requirements, presenting them to stakeholders for approval and recommendations
• Develop detailed designs such as wireframes and prototypes to visually represent proposed solutions, enhancing clarity for stakeholders
• Utilized project management tools like Jira to monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 Years in the relevant field.
