Business Analyst (Intern)

We are seeking motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainees to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their careers in the IT and software industry.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and help translate business needs into effective technical solutions. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and strong potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure clear requirement understanding
• Read and understand basic code to effectively communicate with technical teams
• Assist in testing and validating system features against business requirements
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of programming (Python or any language is a plus)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
