Position Objectives

Support project management teams in day-to-day coordination and administrative control of data centre projects

Ensure timely tracking of RFIs, submittals, actions, and project documentation

Facilitate efficient communication, reporting, and cost monitoring across all project stakeholders
Job Description and Responsibilities

Maintain meeting cadence, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items

Monitor and update logs for RFIs, submittals, and other project correspondence
-
Support project cost tracking, progress reporting, and budget control activities
-
Coordinate between PMO, design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow
-
Assist in consolidating project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review
-
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and timely dissemination of project information
Qualification and Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
-
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in project coordination for data centre or mission-critical projects

Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and reporting dashboards (Power BI preferred)
-
Understanding of RFIs, submittals, action logs, and cost tracking processes
-
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
-
Ability to work across multiple teams and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting
