Project Coordinator

Position Objectives

  • Support project management teams in day-to-day coordination and administrative control of data centre projects
  • Ensure timely tracking of RFIs, submittals, actions, and project documentation
  • Facilitate efficient communication, reporting, and cost monitoring across all project stakeholders

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Maintain meeting cadence, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
  • Monitor and update logs for RFIs, submittals, and other project correspondence
  • Support project cost tracking, progress reporting, and budget control activities
  • Coordinate between PMO, design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in consolidating project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and timely dissemination of project information

Qualification and Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in project coordination for data centre or mission-critical projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and reporting dashboards (Power BI preferred)
  • Understanding of RFIs, submittals, action logs, and cost tracking processes
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting
