Job Requirements

Provide project administrative support for the project manager

Act as a project liaison between the project manager, clients, and subcontractors.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes and manage purchase orders

Assist with permit application and ensure compliance with building code and regulations

Track project progress, identifying potential issues, and report on project status
-
Maintain and update the list of subcontractors, material contractors, and purchase agreements
-
Assist with Subcontractor document status and follow up accordingly.

Job assistance with the distribution of documents; faxing, mailing, shipping, filing, and completing tasks required

Consistently work positively and cooperatively with fellow team members

Ability to multitask and reprioritize, work in changing situations to meet current needs

Uphold HBI’s brand standards

Serve as an ambassador for HBI
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience working in the construction field required
-
Competent in Microsoft Word & Excel

Ability to read and transcribe project plans and specifications preferred
-
Strong interpersonal communication skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Experience with Procore a plus
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Manual dexterity for frequent typing

Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen, extensive reading, preparing and analyzing data and figures
Education and Experience Requirements

Required minimum education of High School Diploma

Proven and successful working experience in project management
