We are growing our team and looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment and enjoys supporting complex commercial construction projects.

Role Summary

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and Project Administrators by assisting with planning, tracking, documentation, logistics, and reporting for commercial solar projects. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, on track, and compliant from kickoff through closeout.

Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling

  • Support project teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and scopes of work
  • Maintain asset and material tracking

Team Coordination

  • Attend and support weekly project management meetings
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Senior Staff
  • Support communication between internal teams and clients
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking scope, goals, and action items

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across project systems
  • Assist with project financial tracking and reporting
  • Compile and organize project metrics for management
  • Coordinate documentation for billings, materials, and subcontractor costs

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Communicate project updates with management and client contacts
  • Ensure contract documents are executed properly and internal guidelines are followed
  • Track meeting notes, follow‑ups, and project issues requiring attention

Required Qualifications

  • Project coordination, construction, or administrative experience (solar or construction industry experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience supporting construction or commercial solar projects
  • Familiarity with project management processes and documentation
  • Understanding of California construction projects and lien processes
  • Experience with project tracking, document control, and reporting software
  • Knowledge of SAGE 100 (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat

Pay: $27.00 - $33.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
