We are seeking two Project Coordinators for our morning-shift with fresher to 6 months of hands-on experience in project coordination and a strong command of written English to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries across various freelancing platforms.
- Provide updates, address queries, and manage client expectations on deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and client use.
- Oversee projects from onboarding to delivery, assigning tasks via PMS.
- Track task progress, balance workload, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate team communication and maintain organized project documentation.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Submit work via platforms and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Track project milestones and deadlines, coordinating QA efforts.
- Log time for hourly projects, manage fixed-price milestones, and generate invoices.
- Manage file storage, assist in creating proposals and checklists, and handle client billing.
- Cover shifts when team members are unavailable.
- Maintain and follow up on client leads, ensuring regular reporting to the Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Strong command over written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree only in CS, IT, SE, AI, or any similar tech-related major.
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in handling project coordination or client communication.
- Reasonable knowledge of the following tools (not expected to operate or build with them but should understand their purpose, uses, and file types): Ai, PSD, ID, XD, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with various file types and their uses in the industry.
- CMS and their functions: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Elementor, Webflow, etc.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks and their uses.
- Understanding the importance of version control.
- Sound knowledge of DNS records, MX records, and their functions.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms’ rules and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients’ needs.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address client issues and find appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with the 7 Cs of communication.

Working Conditions:
- Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Onsite)
- Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Office Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Compensation: Salary range of PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000, based on experience and skills
NOTE: During probation, your skills in website and graphic design-related communication will be evaluated, and you will receive training on our company's practices. As a result, your office hours schedule during probation may be subject to change as follows:
- 1st Month of Probation: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
- 2nd Month of Probation: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- 3rd Month of Probation: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
