Project Manager

About the role:

Industrial Services Pakistan specializing in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead its operations in Pakistan. This role demands for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in project execution, team leadership, stakeholder engagement abilities and business development .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the multi-discipline project team and manage overall project execution at assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety goals, budget, and schedule.
• New Business Development , identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the Zone.
• Manage project scope , ensuring only the required work is executed while identifying and charging for any additional scope.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project Cost & Financial Management , ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Monitor project scheduling & execution , ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in project management and execution, in the Oil & Gas sector.
