Brand Development Associate

Systems Limited is looking for Brand Associate who will be responsible to lead projects and establishing on-time completion of deliverables for projects in dedicated market, and ensure effective delivery of assigned new product initiatives by working closely with category team and cross functional team under the leadership of Brand Development Manager.

Key success factors include:

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Delivering all NPIs projects on timely manner (to meet OTIF delivery, raise escalation at the right time to meet timeline).

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

1. E2E delivery of all NPI(New Product Introduction) Projects with follow ups and project management with managers. Ensure accurate tracking of all NPI(New Product Introduction) projects using centralized project management systems, and escalate risks as needed.
2. Deliver the project agility in working with the NPI(New Product Introduction) managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs on Project.
3. Ensuring and following up on such packaging Art Work adaptations with relevant parties.
4. Coordinate and support the development of brand briefs aligned with commercial objectives and portfolio strategy.
5. Manage and maintain dashboards to monitor project progress, share performance, and timelines against set targets.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and brand roles or equally in a brand supply chain hybrid role.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities for tracking share performance and identifying business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

A graduate in Marketing or business management.
