Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk who will also support project coordination activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating project tasks in the system, and assisting the team in tracking project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update project-related data accurately in the system.
  • Track and update task status for each project.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required project information.
  • Maintain organized digital records and files.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Assist the project team in monitoring deadlines and task completion.
  • Prepare basic reports related to project progress when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
