Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our team in managing day-to-day project activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, coordination, and keeping things on track. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
• Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions
• Help resolve minor issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic understanding of project workflows
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or task management apps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a coordination, client handling, or administrative role
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Slack
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
