Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Inside Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of residential home improvement projects from sale through completion. This role serves as the central point of coordination between sales, customers, vendors, and field crews to ensure projects move efficiently and deliver a strong customer experience. This is a fast paced role suited for someone who enjoys operations, problem solving, and managing multiple moving pieces at once, with a clear path toward project management or operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule residential home improvement projects from contract signing through final completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, setting expectations, and resolving issues
  • Communicate daily with subcontractors, installers, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met
  • Track project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, or gaps, then drive solutions
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to align with project schedules
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and updates within internal systems or CRM
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound communication while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, material issues, and customer concerns in real time
  • Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, timing, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, operations, or customer facing roles
  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and customer interactions
  • Ability to problem solve quickly in a fast moving environment
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM tools, and basic project tracking platforms
  • High attention to detail with strong accountability and ownership

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
