Project Coordinator

A growing commercial construction firm is looking to add a Project Engineer to support a high-volume pipeline of drywall and finishing projects across the Austin market. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career to gain hands-on exposure working alongside experienced Project Managers. Responsibilities

• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Coordinate with general contractors, trades, and internal teams to keep projects moving
• Support procurement efforts including purchase orders and material tracking
• Assist with project closeout, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and deliverables are completed

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial drywall, acoustical construction, or supply house (Required)
• Strong understanding of materials (metal framing, ceilings, drywall systems)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Strong growth path into Assistant PM and Project Manager roles
