Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Al Wakrah. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Track budgets, resources, and project performance metrics
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage
