Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator – Civil to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily civil maintenance and fit-out activities across multiple project sites.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at project sites.
• Support site engineers and supervisors in resolving day-to-day site issues.
• Track work completion against project timelines and report delays.
• Maintain project documentation including work orders, reports, invoices, and approvals.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Assist in quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and project coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil maintenance and fit-out projects.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of project coordination, site operations, and civil works
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
