Project Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of design documentation, authority submissions, and project coordination ensuring every project meets the highest standards of compliance and excellence.


About the role


  • Maintain an organized and efficient document control system for all design, construction, and authority documents (architectural, structural, MEP, ID, and landscape).
  • Manage authority submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, and Dubai Land Department (DLD).
  • Prepare and process official letters, NOCs, and permits in both English and Arabic.
  • Handle submissions via DM systems (DBP, CED) and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and formatting standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support office management tasks such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining weekly progress and reporting dashboards (Excel / Power BI), and assisting the design team with coordination and documentation.
  • Track and report on submission status, approvals, and document revisions for management review.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Project Management, or Business Administration (acceptable with relevant experience).
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a must. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience in document control, authority coordination, or office/project management within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven experience working with DM, DLD, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA, and other UAE authorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI etc
