Project Coordinator / Business Analyst

We’re Hiring! | Project Coordinator / Business Analyst (Onsite in Oman)

KalSoft is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support our project management and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, documentation, and reporting of multiple projects across business and IT domains.

Location: Oman (Full-Time, Onsite)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, including meeting facilitation and documentation management.

  • Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly project reporting calendar.

  • Track project progress and provide meaningful insights and feedback to project managers.

  • Serve as the central coordination point for change management and training activities.

Project Management

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and manage final sign-offs and migrations to production environments.

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on requirements.

  • Support implementation of both in-house and vendor-led projects.

  • Manage requirement documentation, impact analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure all projects and change requests (CRs) are effectively documented, including the development of user guides and training materials.

Reporting

  • Develop, update, and maintain project registers and reports.

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize project data, providing insights on variances and performance.

  • Manage the weekly and monthly reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

  • Support governance and compliance processes for project documentation and review in EPM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or PMO support.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with EPM or similar tools.
